From the Hangar Floor to AI
Daleel MRO was born on the hangar floor. Founder Ayman spent 5+ years as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Oman Air under EASA Part-145 standards, working on Boeing 737, 787, and Airbus A330 platforms. Night shifts. AOG pressure. Stacks of manuals. The constant need to find the right procedure, the right torque value, the right AD, fast and without error.
The tools available to engineers hadn't changed in decades: PDFs, keyword search, paper binders. Meanwhile, AI was transforming every other industry. The gap was obvious, and personal. So Ayman taught himself to build production software and AI, and combined deep aviation domain expertise with a modern RAG and data architecture, engineered for cited, zero-hallucination retrieval, to build something the industry had never seen.
"I've been the engineer searching for a torque value at 2 AM. I built the tool I wished I had."
That conviction became Daleel MRO: an AI assistant that understands aircraft maintenance documentation the way an experienced engineer does, but faster, with perfect citations, and available around the clock. Not a chatbot. A precision tool built by an engineer who knows what's at stake when a task card is wrong.
